Payments and Deposit

A 30% non refundable deposit should be paid at the time of confirmation of the services to secure the bookings.

Full payment should be made 30 days before the commencement of the tour by a telegraphic transfer to our USD bank account. A copy bank transfer should be sent by email to our office.

Cancellation Policy and Refunds

There will be no refund after the commencement of tour in case of unused services.

Deposit will not be refund in case of cancellation before the tour starts.

Cancellation fees will be applied as per below policy:

45 days prior to arrival                            No cancellation fees
44 to 30 days prior to arrival                  30% of full tour cost
29 to 21 days prior to arrival                  50% of full tour cost
20 to 15 days prior to arrival                  80% of full tour cost
14 to 7 days prior to arrival                     90% of full tour cost
Less than 7 days to arrival                     100% of full tour cost

Hotels Cancellation

Hotels cancellation will be applied according the policy of the respective hotel.

Prices

Our prices are quoted in United States Dollar (USD) and non-commissionable, valid according at the dates specified on the quotations and invoices.

Think Asia Travel & Tours guarantees that prices are correct at the time of the quotation but however subject to change without prior notice in case of any last minute change from local service providers as fuel or insurance surcharge applied by domestic airlines, or any other suppliers.

Insurance Requirement

We strongly recommend to take a travel insurance to cover serious illness, cancellation, repatriation, trip cancellation, lost or damage luggage.

Transport and Vehicles

Think Asia Travel & Tours will do its possible to assign the vehicles with best conditions and air conditioning for the safety and comfort of our clients. However, in some remote areas of Myanmar as Mrauk Oo or Khaing Tong, vehicles can be basic and traveling to those regions need to be experienced in a spirit of adventure.

Responsibility & Liability

Think Asia Travel and Tours will act as an agent in between our clients and local suppliers providing accommodation, transport and other services stated in the quoted prices.

Think Asia will not be responsible and will not accept the liability for loss, personal injury or damage occurred during or after the tour.

In case of the tour would be affected by such inconvenience, Think Asia Travel & Tours would extend any possible assistance to the client.

Think Asia Travel & Tours will not be responsible for any unforeseen circumstances beyond our own control which could alter the agreed tour conditions and services as change in flights, flight cancellations, natural disaster, war risk, “force Majeure”,…

Additional cost generated by unexpected changes to be made as the result of above circumstances must be covered by clients. Think Asia Travel & Tours will however do all its best possible to assist, amend, re-arranged the services in the most suitable way for our clients convenience.

Clients traveling with Think Asia Travel & Tours will be requested to accept the above terms and conditions at the time of booking the travel services.
